Tom Brady expected to play through thumb issue Thursday for Tampa Bay
Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady (thumb) is expected to play on Thursday night in Week 6 against the Philadelphia Eagles, reports Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
Brady may not be 100 percent on Thursday night, per Rapoport, but there is zero speculation about whether or not he will play. The seven-time Super Bowl champion has thrown for 400 yards and/or at least four touchdowns in all but one game this season.
Brady is currently the QB4 in numberFire's Week 6 rankings and our models project him to score 21.5 FanDuel points. The Eagles rank 12th in FanDuel points allowed per game to the quarterback position and their pass defense is top-10 in our adjusted team rankings for the season.
