Fowler: Seahawks reportedly 'bracing for' Russell Wilson (finger) to miss at least a month
According to Jeremy Fowler, Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson (finger) could reportedly 'miss at least a month and possibly six-to-eight weeks."
Fowler added Wilson's injury "likely requires surgery" and the team is thinking about his long-term health as the most important factor in determining his recovery. Expect Geno Smith to see time under center until Wilson is ready to return.
Per Pro Football Focus on 17 attempts this season, Smith has produced ten completions for 131 yards and one touchdown for a 68.4 passing rating.
