Saints match RFA offer sheet for Josh Hill
The New Orleans Saints re-signed restricted free agent tight end Josh Hill to a three-year contract.
The Chicago Bears signed Hill to an offer sheet, and the Saints have decided to match the offer. New Orleans signed Coby Fleener to be their starting tight end after Benjamin Watson left, but Hill will still play an important part of the Saints' offense.
Hill had a Reception Net Expected Points per target of 0.39, which ranked 43rd among tight ends with at least 30 targets in 2015. Hill found pay dirt twice last season in New Orleans, both in overtime games.
