Giants' Evan Engram (calf) limited in practice heading into Week 1
New York Giants tight end Evan Engram (calf) has done minimal work in practice this week, according to The Athletic's Dan Duggan.
Engram's limited participation in practice "doesn't bode well" for his availability for Week 1's game against the Denver Broncos, according to Duggan. If Engram is forced to miss time, both Kyle Rudolph and Kaden Smith could see additional snaps against the Broncos.
If Engram is active, our models project him for 3.4 receptions, 34.3 yards, 0.19 touchdowns, and 6.3 FanDuel points in Week 1. His salary is $5,100 and he is the TE17 in our Week 1 rankings.
