Chris Carson contributes touchdown for Seahawks in return

Seattle Seahawks running back Chris Carson rushed 8 times for 41 yards and 1 touchdown, and caught 2 passes (2 targets) for 18 yards, in a Week 12 win over the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday night.

What It Means:

Carson was out-carried 15-8 by Carlos Hyde in his first game back from a multi-week foot injury. However, he out-gained his fellow running back 41-22, including an imposing 16-yard rumble for a score in the second quarter. The Seahawks may have been managing Carson's workload in his first game back, but he figures to reclaim the lead role in Week 13 against the New York Giants.

Carson scored 12.9 FanDuel points in Week 12 and has now averaged 17.1 FanDuel points in his six healthy games this season. He is adding the third-most Rushing Net Expected Points per carry among the 81 backs with at least 25 attempts this season. Hyde ranks 43rd.
