Nick Foles (hip, glute), Mitchell Trubisky (shoulder) statuses uncertain for Bears

Chicago Bears quarterbacks Nick Foles (hip, glute) and Mitchell Trubisky (shoulder) are being evaluated for Week 12 against the Green Bay Packers, per head coach Matt Nagy.

What It Means:

Nagy said it is too soon to say whether Foles or Trubisky will start on Sunday night as both quarterbacks are dealing with respective injuries coming out of the Bears' bye. Trubisky appears to be the healthier option at the moment, but practice participation throughout the week will likely indicate who makes the start versus Green Bay. Foles has averaged 231.5 yards over eight games with 10 touchdowns and 8 interceptions. Trubisky averaged 186.7 yards with 6 touchdowns and 3 picks in his three starts.

Foles owns a higher adjusted completion percentage (73.5) than Trubisky (8.3), but he's not giving the Bears' receivers as much opportunity to make plays (8.3-yard average depth of target) as his counterpart (10.5). The Packers are allowing the fifth-fewest FanDuel points per game to the quarterback position this season.
