Dolphins reportedly release Jordan Howard
Miami Dolphins running back Jordan Howard has been released by the team.
This doesn't come as any real surprise, as the veteran running back has been a healthy scratch often this season and is fourth on the positional pecking order at best. Even with Myles Gaskin on the shelf, Howard took a backseat to undrafted Salvon Ahmed, who had been on the team's practice squad to start the season. It's unlikely any teams are looking to pick him up in the near future.
In 5 games this season, Howard had 28 carries for 33 yards - though he has 4 touchdowns on those runs.
