Bucs rule O.J. Howard out for remainder of Sunday with an achilles injury
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have ruled tight end O.J. Howard out for the remainder of Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Chargers with an achilles injury.
Howard was having a strong game before suffering the injury, with 3 receptions for 50 yards and a touchdown. Howard had a poor 2019 season, but was having a nice bounce back season in 2020. Hopefully the young tight end is able to make a speedy recovery.
Howard's injury could open up more opportunities for Rob Gronkowski as a receiver, but the Bucs have used their tight ends in a limited fashion so far in 2020.
