Mitchell Trubisky to remain Bears' starter in 2020
Chicago Bears quarterback Mitchell Trubisky will remain the starter next season, according to general manager Ryan Pace.
The second half of Trubisky's season was better than the first, but the former number-two pick experienced some concerning regression in his third NFL season. The Bears have a team option on Trubisky's deal in 2021.
Trubisky completed 63.2 percent of his passes for 3,138 yards (6.1 per attempt), 17 touchdowns, and 10 interceptions in 15 games this season. He added 193 yards and 2 touchdowns on the ground.
