San Francisco 49ers right tackle Mike McGlinchey (knee) will miss 4-6 weeks.
What It Means:
McGlinchey is undergoing arthroscopic surgery on his left knee, leaving the 49ers' without both of their starting offensive tackles, as Joe Staley (leg) is also on the shelf. McGlinchey has started every game at right tackle for San Francisco since being selected with the 9th pick in the 2018 draft. This could be a downgrade for the NFL's best rushing attack heading into a Week 6 matchup against the Los Angeles Rams.
The 49ers lead the league with 200.0 rushing yards per game.
