Nicolas Batum (elbow) will start for Hornets in Wednesday's season debut
Charlotte Hornets guard/forward Nicolas Batum (elbow) will start Wednesday versus the Cleveland Cavaliers but will play limited minutes, head coach Steve Clifford said.
Batum has yet to play this season after tearing a ligament in his left elbow in the preseason. He averaged 15.1 points, 6.2 rebounds, 5.9 assists, 1.8 3-pointers, 1.1 steals over 34.0 minutes per game on 40.3 percent from the field and 33.3 percent from deep.
