Nuggets' Juan Hernangomez (mononucleosis) still a couple weeks away from return
Denver Nuggets coach Mike Malone said that forward Juan Hernangomez is a couple weeks away from making his return to action.
Hernangomez is only a week into his 4-to-6 week timetable, which could mean that he'll be on the lower end of that timeframe when he returns. When he gets back, it's unlikely that he sees the floor much. With Wilson Chandler starting and Gary Harris playing a chunk of his minutes at small forward, Hernangomez would only see minutes in the single-digits.
Over 1,049 minutes, our models project Hernangomez to finish the season with 398 points, 240 rebounds and 38 threes on 38% shooting from downtown.
