Utah's Derrick Favors plays 32 minutes in win over Clippers

Utah Jazz forward/center Derrick Favors started the second half for center Rudy Gobert (knee) against the Los Angeles Clippers on Saturday, scoring 15 points with six rebounds, two assists and one block in 32 minutes.

What It Means:

Favors hadn't played more than 21 minutes since returning from injury until being forced into action for 32 minutes on Saturday. He had very little left at the end of the game, but if Gobert is forced to miss any playoff games, Favors is now indispensable for Utah's frontcourt.

Our models project Favors for 9.7 points, 6.1 rebounds and 1.1 assists over 24.2 minutes in Game 2 on Tuesday.
