DeMar DeRozan turns in another big game as Toronto beats Portland
Toronto Raptors shooting guard DeMar DeRozan went 9-of-16 from the field, racking up 33 points, 6 rebounds and 2 assists as the Raptors defeated the Portland Trail Blazers 112-106 on Sunday night.
With Kyle Lowry (ankle) out, DeRozan has really stepped up over the last two games, turning in 43 and 33 points in a pair of wins. He's averaging a career-high 27.7 points to go with 5.3 rebounds and 3.7 assists in 35.6 minutes per game on the year.
DeRozan turned in a game-high 29.3 nERD in Sunday's win, which brings his season-long mark to 5.5 -- good for 24th in the NBA and second among Raptors players.
