Bulls' Doug McDermott scores a career-high 31 points
Chicago Bulls forward Doug McDermott scored 20 of his career-high 31 points during in the second quarter of Sunday's road win against the Memphis Grizzlies, finishing 9-of-16 from the field and 10-of-11 from the line.
McDermott was on fire and was helped by Nikola Mirotic being out. It seemed like he couldn't miss in the first half and he helped the Bulls get a much-needed road win. McDermott might be earning himself some more playing time with his shooting, which the Bulls desperately need. However, he may not be worth owning in shallower leagues.
McDermott is averaging 10.4 points, 3.3 rebounds and 1.1 assists over 26.3 minutes per game. He has a .506 effective field goal percentage and he has a nERD of -0.1.
