Doug McDermott will miss Friday and Saturday for Chicago
Chicago Bulls forward Doug McDermott (concussion) has been ruled out for Friday night against the Cleveland Cavaliers and Saturday night versus the Dallas Mavericks.
The Bulls are hoping to get McDermott cleared for contact soon, but he will need to get a few practices in before returning to game action. Until then, expect Isaiah Canaan and Nikola Mirotic to see some extra run with Mirotic bringing good DFS upside off the bench.
McDermott is off to a fine start, averaging 10.6 points, 2.7 rebounds and 1.3 assists in just 23.7 minutes per game. He owns a .569 effective field goal percentage and inside the arc he is shooting 58.0%.
