Orlando's Nikola Vucevic comes off bench for big double-double
Orlando Magic center Nikola Vucevic shifted to the bench on Sunday, where he posted 17 points, 16 rebounds, three assists, one block and one 3-pointer without any turnovers.
What It Means:
Bismack Biyombo got the start and posted only four points and four rebounds in 33 minutes, so Vucevic clearly out-shined Biyombo off the bench. He also played 30 minutes and even a few of those came alongside Biyombo, so even if the move to the bench is permanent, Vucevic is clearly the best center to own for fantasy.
Vucevic is now averaging 12.1 points, 11.6 rebounds and 2.5 assists in 27.8 minutes per game this season. He has just a .446 effective field goal percentage though, which is currently a career-low.
