Killian Hayes cut by Pistons
The Detroit Pistons are releasing guard Killian Hayes on Thursday.
Hayes had an abundance of opportunity with the Pistons this season, but he failed to take advantage of the situation. The 2021 No. 7 pick will likely be given another opportunity elsewhere.
Hayes averaged 20.4 FanDuel points in 24.0 minutes per game for the Pistons this season, with 6.9 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 4.9 assists. He started in 31 of 42 appearances.
