Keldon Johnson (foot) won't play for Spurs Saturday; expected in Sunday
San Antonio Spurs forward Keldon Johnson will not play Saturday in the team's game against the Houston Rockets.
Johnson was listed doubtful due to his left foot sprain, so this comes as no surprise. However, head coach Gregg Popovich seems optimistic that Johnson will be ready for the second leg of the back-to-back set Sunday, also versus Houston. Expect Devonte' Graham to see at least one more start on the wing. Devin Vassell is also expected to return to the court Sunday with Johnson.
In 55 games this season, Johnson is averaging 21.8 points, 4.8 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 32.3 FanDuel points.
