Dallas Mavericks point guard Frank Ntilikina (ankle) has been ruled out of Wednesday's game against the Phoenix Suns.
Ntilikina is dealing with an ankle injury and will miss the season opener against the Suns on Wednesday. His next chance to play will come against the Memphis Grizzlies on Saturday.
