Mike Scott pours in a team-high 17 points in Atlanta's Game 5 win

Atlanta Hawks forward Mike Scott scored a team-high 17 points in Game 5 on Tuesday, adding five boards, one steal and two 3-pointers in 22 minutes.

What It Means:

The game was over in a hurry, and the Hawks won by 27 points. Scott shot 7-of-9 from the field tonight and looked great. He did have 14 points in Game 1, but keep in mind, he was held to single-digit points in his previous three outings. He doesn't see enough minutes to be a reliable option in fantasy, barring another lopsided game.

In his fourth season, Scott has become a decent end-of-the-rotation type of player. In 15.3 minutes per game, he averaged 6.2 points, 2.7 rebounds and 1.0 assists. His 55.1 Effective Field Goal Percentage was a career high. Scott's 1.9 nERD checked in 61st.
