Scottie Barnes (ankle) ruled out again for Raptors in Game 3
Toronto Raptors small forward Scottie Barnes (ankle) has been ruled out for Game 3 against the Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday.
Barnes shed his walking boot on Wednesday and the Raptors said he might be ready for Game 4. Precious Achiuwa is expected to draw another start on Wednesday in place of Barnes.
