Thunder moving Theo Maledon to second unit Tuesday
Oklahoma City Thunder point guard Theo Maledon will not start on Tuesday versus the Portland Trail Blazers.
The Thunder have decided to start Zavier Simpson in his NBA debut, so Maledon will move to the second unit. He is averaging 34.0 minutes over his last five games, but Maledon will likely see reduced playing time on Tuesday as the Thunder engage in a tank-off with the Trail Blazers.
numberFire’s models project Maledon for 16.2 minutes and 14.8 FanDuel points, and he has a $6,700 salary on Tuesday’s 12-game slate.
