Orlando's Nikola Vucevic ruled out
Orlando Magic center Nikola Vucevic (groin) has been ruled out for Friday's game against the Miami Heat.
Vucevic has now missed 12 straight games, but it does look like he is closer to making a return. There is no reason for the Magic to rush him back as they are well outside of the playoff race. Until he is back, Dewayne Dedmon and Jason Smith will fill in at center.
Vucevic has a 0.9 nERD and is averaging 17.8 points and 9.0 rebounds per game. His 49.8 Effective Field Goal Percentage is the second lowest of his career while his 15.6 Total Rebound Rate is a career worst.
