Denver Nuggets forward/center Paul Millsap (rest) has been ruled out for Friday against the Detroit Pistons.
What It Means:
The Nuggets will rest Millsap, Aaron Gordon, and Facundo Campazzo on the second leg of a back-to-back. JaMychal Green is a candidate to join the starting lineup and there could be more work off the bench for Vlatko Čančar, JaVale McGee, and hopefully Bol Bol.
