Pistons' Jodie Meeks (foot) cleared to play
Detroit Pistons' guard, Jodie Meeks (right foot) has been cleared to play, according to Pistons' coach Stan Van Gundy.
Meeks has missed all but two games for the Pistons this season, and he has been practicing with the team since the middle of February. Don't expect him to see heavy minutes any time soon. However, the Pistons are battling for a playoff spot in the Eastern Conference, so if Meeks can get back to speed soon, his ability to shoot the ball will likely be a welcome addition for a Pistons team which ranks 22nd in the NBA in 3-point percentage at 34.2 percent.
Last season, Meeks appeared in 60 games for the Pistons and had a True Shooting Percentage of 54.8 percent.
