John Wall will have minutes monitored by Rockets versus Wizards

Houston Rockets point guard John Wall will have his minutes monitored Tuesday versus the Washington Wizards, per head coach Stephen Silas.

What It Means:

Silas didn't specify a minutes limit for Wall but did say the veteran's workload will be monitored. Wall has already stated that he has revenge on his mind against his former employer, so he will likely want to be out there as long as his coach allows. Wall was limited to 20.7 minutes on Saturday in his return from a five-game absence and he produced 7 points with 8 assists on 3-for-9 shooting.

numberFire’s models project Wall for 28.3 minutes and 36.3 FanDuel points on Tuesday. He has a salary of $7,700 on the three-game slate. The Wizards are allowing the third-most FanDuel points per game to the point guard position this season, as well as the fourth-most points (26.26), most rebounds (7.99), and fifth-most assists (9.29).
