Knicks' Obi Toppin (calf) available to play Wednesday, not guaranteed to see floor
New York Knicks forward Obi Toppin is available to play on Wednesday night against the Brooklyn Nets.
However, he's not guaranteed to actually see the floor. Head coach Tom Thibodeau said that he'll take the rookie's recovery "step-by-step" and he'll play him if "there is an opportunity." The ambiguity of the coach's remarks should be taken at face value, so take caution in deploying Toppin in lineups in his first game back.
Our models project Toppin for 5.6 points, 1.9 rebounds and 11.3 FanDuel points across 12.8 minutes of action.
