Trail Blazers' Anfernee Simons (ankle) 'leaning towards playing'
Portland Trail Blazers shooting guard Anfernee Simons (sprained left ankle) said he is "leaning towards playing" on Monday against the Orlando Magic.
Simons made an early exit from Saturday's game with a left ankle sprain. He said he will go through pre-game warmups before making an official decision on Monday's status. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:00 PM ET. Despite Damian Lillard (groin) being sidelined, Simons has only reached double-digit points once through five games since the All-Star break.
numberFire's models expect Simons to score 14.5 FanDuel points on Monday. He's priced at $3,800. Per numberFire's NBA Heat Map, the Trail Blazers-Magic game has an over/under of 222.0 points on Monday's seven-game slate (221.5 points). The Blazers have the second-lowest implied total (107.25 points).
