Celtics' Aron Baynes (foot) expects to be out through All-Star break
Boston Celtics center Aron Baynes (left foot contusion) expects to be sidelined through the All-Star break.
Baynes has been dealing with the injury for a while, but an MRI revealed it's only a bone bruise, so he will sit out over the next couple weeks in an effort to avoid making things worse. Daniel Theis and Guerschon Yabusele will likely split most of the backup center minutes. Robert Williams (back) could also get involved.
Baynes is averaging 14.2 FanDuel points over 14.9 minutes through 34 games (10 starts) this season.
