Bobcats' Al Jefferson (strained calf) will be out for two-to-three weeks
Charlotte Hornets center Al Jefferson (strained calf) will be sidelined for the next 2-to-3 weeks.
Jefferson suffered the injury on Sunday against the Milwaukee Bucks and didn't return to the game. Frank Kaminsky and Cody Zeller will take the majority of his minutes, but Kemba Walker and Nicolas Batum stand to be the biggest fantasy beneficiaries as they pick up the slack on offense. The Hornets next game is on Wednesday against the Golden State Warriors.
Jefferson ranks 44th in the league with a 3.6 nERD. He has seen a drop in both points (18.8) and rebounds (8.7) per 36 minutes this year, and his 13.3 percent rebound rate is a career low.
