James Harden is one of the top fantasy scorers in the league on a regular basis, and over the past month, he ranks third in the league with 49.5 FanDuel points per game and is averaging 31.3 points, 7.5 assists and 6.1 rebounds per game. He also puts up explosive fantasy performances more consistently than anyone, and his 10 games of 60-plus fantasy points this season is the top mark in the league.

He has a perfect matchup to continue his outstanding production tonight against Minnesota. The Timberwolves rank 29th with a 110.1 Defensive Efficiency on the year and are allowing the sixth-highest Effective Field Goal Percentage and seventh-most points per game to opponents. They really struggle to defend the perimeter, and that has translated well to fantasy scoring. They're allowing the 10th-most fantasy points to opponents at both guard positions and the 11th most to small forwards. Defensively, they have no real strong spot on the perimeter, with Ricky Rubio being their only backcourt player with a Defensive Rating below 110.

Harden is going to have a terrific matchup regardless of who defends him and should have no trouble putting up big numbers today.
