Andrew Wiggins, Minnesota Timberwolves

nERD: -7.0
nF Efficiency: -2.8

So far, Wiggins has failed to live up to the hype in Minnesota. Now, not many rookies live up to the initial hype right away. Wiggins may be a gradual bloomer, but he hasn't shown that he could be much more than a solid contributor. In 27.3 minutes per game, Wiggins is averaging 9.2 points, 3.5 rebounds and 1.0 assists.

While Wiggins has earned a nERD of -6.1 and a numberFire efficiency of -2.8, he has been getting more chances to shine for the T'Wolves. This past Wednesday, Wiggins scored 17 points on 7-of-12 shooting in a win at Brooklyn. It's hard to put up great efficiency numbers on a rebuilding team like Minnesota, but Wiggins' potential is key. He has the ability to go off for 15 to 20 points on any given night. So his per-game numbers could skyrocket as he gains valuable experience this season.

Games this week: Rockets, Pelicans, Mavericks
