The Pistons may be on the road tonight, but they're not playing the role of underdog. No, they are seven-point favorites over the Suns this evening. The team is in sixth place in the Eastern Conference, but just 1.5 games up on the eighth-place Miami Heat and three games up on the Orlando Magic, who are on the outside looking in. Nothing is secure with 12 games left to play, so they'll do everything in their power to take home the win tonight with a playoff berth on the line.

One player who has a chance to shine tonight against the Suns is backup guard Ishmael Smith, who has saved his best basketball of the year for the end of the season. Smith has scored 23.7 FanDuel points per game in March. That's his highest monthly average of the season and 6.2 points more than he averaged in February.

The matchup is great for him to continue his recent success as the Suns have given up the fourth-most FanDuel points per game to opposing point guards over their past seven games.
