The Philadelphia 76ers head into tonight's matchup against the Magic in fourth place in the Eastern Conference, 2.5 games ahead
of the
Boston Celtics
for the last playoff ranking with home-court advantage.
They'll look to solidify their record tonight as they play host to Orlando.
The Sixers will once again be without Embiid, and that has proven a rather difficult task for them. They
are just 4-5 without their star big man, compared to 36-18 when
he takes the court. If they want to win tonight, they'll likely need
another strong performance from
Tobias Harris, who has turned it on recently with Embiid on the sidelines.
Harris has averaged 17.8 points, 7.0 boards, 3.5 assists, and 33.9 DraftKings
points per game with Embiid. In the five games he's played without him,
he's become a much more involved player, averaging 24.8 points, 8.6
boards, 2.0 assists, and 42.6 DraftKings points.
He's faced the Magic -- one of his former teams -- twice this season, putting up 39.8 DraftKings points in an average of 30.6 minutes per game. He's been playing 38.6 minutes for the Sixers without Embiid on the court. If he can keep up his per-minute averages against Orlando, then he could be in for a monster game. As it is, we currently project him for 36.1 DraftKings points.
