Dennis Schroder, PG/SG, Oklahoma City Thunder

DraftKings Price: $5,500

One of the biggest beneficiaries of Paul George's recent three-game absence has been Dennis Schroder. The Oklahoma City Thunder backup guard has averaged 16.3 points, 6.0 boards, 5.3 assists, 1.3 steals, and 34.8 DraftKings points during this stretch sans PG13.

Schroder has started each of the past two games. Given George is already listed out again for tonight, Schroder should once again enter the starting five, especially after a huge 17-point, 12-board, 6-assist performance that helped the Thunder beat the Memphis Grizzlies on Sunday.

Our models show Schroder continuing his recent run of success and have him as the top point-per-dollar value play of the night, despite his $5,500 salary. We project him for 35.4 DraftKings points, which would equate to a value of just over 6.4 points per $1,000. Playing in a game expected to be a fantasy-friendly affair (236.0-point total), Schroder checks a lot of boxes today.
