3 NBA DraftKings Value Plays to Target on 2/28/19

Jeff Teague's injury issues continue to plague him, much to my season-long fantasy team's chagrin. He's missed the past two games and five this month. If he's out again tonight (check his status throughout the day on our Player News feed), then you'll once again have to strongly consider using Tyus Jones.

Jones proved once again last night that he can more than fill in for Teague, at least when it comes to pleasing fantasy players. He's averaging 23.8 DraftKings points when he's played without Teague this year, 10.2 more than his season average.

The difference is even more stark when he can actually start. In the eight games he's started, he's put up an average of 30.3 DraftKings points. He's scored 29.5 DraftKings points or more in each of his past three contests, yet his salary has increased by just $1,000 to $4,500.

He'll be tough to use if Teague plays, of course, so make sure you get that injury info before locking him into your lineups. We have Jones projected for just 15.0 DraftKings points tonight, but that assumes Teague plays. If he's confirmed out, expect that number to jump significantly.
