The second Magic reserve which is in position to thrive on Tuesday is forward Khem Birch. Just as with Grant, Birch is in place to rack up minutes off the bench due to injury, this time Mohamed Bamba. In the last 9 games, with Bamba out, Birch has averaged 16.6 minutes per game. He hasn’t wasted his time either, collecting 5.8 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 1.1 blocks per game. Birch has finished with at least 15 FanDuel points in all 9 games while averaging 18.0 per night. That kind of solid floor makes Birch an even more attractive play as his ceiling rises in a friendly matchup with the Knicks on Tuesday.

As we talked with Grant, Birch could see an extended run due to the blowout possibility. The Knicks also give up the second most rebounds (47.9) and blocks (6.0) per game this season. Any extra time on the floor against the Knicks, who allow the most FanDuel points per minute to opposing power forwards boosts the value potential of Birch.
