3 NBA DraftKings Studs to Target on 1/23/19

According to reports, New Orleans Pelicans center Anthony Davis could have a volar plate avulsion fracture in his finger. While I have no idea what half of those words mean, what I can tell you is that he's definitely out for tonight and could miss up to a month.

Despite an underwhelming first half of the season, the Pels are just 3.5 games out of the playoff race. If they want to stay in that position, Davis' teammates will have to step up to fill the void. One of the players most likely to do so is Julius Randle.

Randle was brought over via free agency this offseason, and due to injuries here and there -- to Davis and Nikola Mirotic -- he's finally had a chance to shine, putting up a career-high 20.1 points per game this year. He's been an even bigger force when Davis is off the court, scoring an average of 43.8 DraftKings points per game, 6.4 more than when The Brow plays.

We have him projected for 37.6 DraftKings points tonight with upside of 62.6 if he can put it all together in a home game against the Detroit Pistons.
