3 NBA DraftKings Studs to Target on 1/22/19

Never underestimate a player's ability to step it up against a former team. One of the players with such an opportunity tonight is Dallas Mavericks center DeAndre Jordan, who gets to take on the Los Angeles Clippers, a team he was part of for the first 10 years of his career.

Jordan's 11.0 points and 13.9 boards represent a slight drop-off from last year, but it's hard to really call it such when he's second in the league in rebounding (Andre Drummond) and field goal percentage (Rudy Gobert).

Jordan has scored more than 36.0 DraftKings points in three of his past four games, but he's been even better against the Clips, against whom he's scored 54.25 and 48.0 DraftKings points, respectively. He's grabbed at least 22.0 boards in each of those games, which is perhaps not too surprising as the Clippers rank just 20th in the league in defensive rebounding percentage.

Not only do we have Jordan projected for a solid game, with 35.5 DraftKings points, his equivalent 5.5 DraftKings points per $1,000 is our third-highest projected value on the slate.
