Most of the names on the NBA assists leaderboard make a lot of sense. The top six and eight of the top nine leaders in the category are point guards. The one player who isn't? Denver Nuggets center Nikola Jokic.

The fourth-year player is averaging 7.5 assists. In the entire history of the NBA, only one other center has ever averaged more than 7.0 assists per game in a season: Wilt Chamberlain, who did it in back-to-back seasons in the 1960s.

That unselfishness has made Jokic one of the more complete players in the game, regardless of position, and it has translated to fantasy greatness. Jokic kicked it into another gear at the end of December and hasn't let up since, scoring more than 50 DraftKings points in each of his past six games.

We project him to be at a similar level of output tonight, pegging him for 49.5 DraftKings points in a home game against the Los Angeles Clippers, who just so happen to rank bottom-three against the center spot.
