3 NBA DraftKings Studs to Target on 1/8/19

One of the more entertaining games on tonight's slate could come in the desert when the Phoenix Suns host the Sacramento Kings at Talking Stick Resort Arena. The visiting Kings are 2.5-point favorites for tonight's game, led by point guard De'Aaron Fox.

The second-year player out of the University of Kentucky has taken a major step forward in his sophomore season. Fox has seen his numbers jump from 11.6 points, 2.8 boards, 4.4 assists, and 1.0 steals as a rookie to 17.9, 3.5, 7.4, and 1.8, respectively, in 2018-19.

He's played 3.1 fewer minutes per game on the road this season, but he's been much more efficient away from home as well, leading him to actually average more DraftKings points when he's not in Sacramento.

Our models expect him to continue his road success this evening. We project him for 36.2 DraftKings points with much higher upside in a game that should be a track meet. He's a $1,000 cheaper than he was this time last week, so scoop him up while he's at a discount.
