Westbrook isn't the only player who excels when the Blazers and Thunder meet. His Portland counterpart has regularly played well against OKC, having averaged 20.7 points and 6.9 assists a game, and there is little reason to think that won't be the case again tonight.

Damian Lillard enters tonight's game with an average of 26.7 points per game, which ties him with Thunder forward Paul George for eighth in the NBA. He's sixth among Western Conference guards in All-Star voting, and should be getting his fourth appearance in the game (though the West is always loaded).

Lillard has scored at least 45 DraftKings points in four of his past six games against the Thunder, which is right about where our models have him for tonight. We have him projected for 45.7 DraftKings points, which would equate to a value of 5.3 points per $1,000.
