LeBron James isn't the only player who has benefited when the Spurs and Lakers have faced off this year. DeMar DeRozan has almost matched him DraftKings point for DraftKings point in those contests.
DeRozan has scored at least 30 in each of the Spurs' meetings against the Lakers this season and is averaging an incredible 31.3 points, 9.0 rebounds, 8.3 assists, and 1.7 steals in those games.
His entire season has been full of fire. He's averaging career highs in rebounds (5.6) and assists (5.9), and his 48.1% field goal percentage (despite a horrific 17.6% from deep) is his best shooting mark since his rookie year.
We have him projected for 41.2 DraftKings points tonight with upside for 65.1. Given how he's been playing against LA so far this season, that latter number is well within his grasp.
