Nikola Jokic, C, Denver Nuggets

Price: $9,700

The volatility of Nikola Jokic's production tends to leave him best suited as a tournament option on most nights. Factoring in his dreamy matchup against the Atlanta Hawks and the fact that options are short on a three-game slate tonight, he creeps into cash game consideration on Thursday as well.

He has three games with fewer than 30 FanDuel points this season, but in his other 11 games he has yet to fall under 37.4 FanDuel points. That's not a terrible floor at this price point, especially when 9 of those 11 games saw him hit at least 40 FanDuel points.

He's also shown plenty of upside, with his top three games having seen him hit 58.9, 69.7 and 79.7 FanDuel points. Those are two of the top 10 single-game performances of the season, and Anthony Davis is the only other player that shows up multiple times in the top 10.

The Denver Nuggets' 117.0-point implied total is Thursday's highest, and the Hawks rank a lowly 22nd in defensive rating and 26th in rebound rate while also playing at the league's fastest pace. They allow the most points, fourth-most rebounds, most assists, third-most steals and 10th-most blocks per game, and the potential for Jokic to damage all over the stat sheet boosts both his floor and ceiling.
