3 NBA FanDuel Studs to Target on 10/23/18

On a short three-game slate, we go to the last healthy "stud" available here. Davis and Embiid, as well as the questionable Simmons and Drummond, are the only other four players priced above even $9,000 tonight.

Nikola Jokic shouldn't just be an afterthought, though. The Joker has been Anthony Davis-esque in his fantasy efficiency so far, averaging 56.4 FanDuel points in only 32.3 minutes per game over his first three contests. He's averaging 26.3 points, 10.3 boards, 7.3 assists and a combined 2.7 steals and blocks per game.

He and Davis are the only players to notch single-game fantasy scores in the 80s so far this season (as well as the only ones to top even 65 FanDuel points), and Jokic's 80.9 on Saturday edge out Davis for the season's best mark so far.

He draws a gimme matchup tonight against Sacramento, who are allowing the 4th-most points. 14th-most rebounds and 13th-most assists per 100 possessions to start the year. They are combining that with the league's highest pace, and early indicators are that this year's version of the Kings will be more like the auto-target matchup they were in the 2015-16 season than the slower-paced squad they rolled out in the last two.
