DeAndre Jordan, C, Los Angeles Clippers

DraftKings Salary: $7,600

DeAndre Jordan has had a somewhat disappointing season, oftentimes not looking fully locked in. If ever there was a spot for him to bounce back, though, it is tonight's matchup against the Dallas Mavericks. Dallas struggles to do the one thing Jordan has still been prolific at all year -- rebounding the ball. They rank dead last in rebounding rate, which is terrific news for the league's second-leading rebounder.

Jordan's numbers in two other meetings with Dallas may not blow you away -- he's averaged 13.5 points and 13 rebounds for 34.5 DraftKings points -- but some context helps. Both were decided by 20 or more points, as Jordan ended up averaging just 27 minutes in the two games. He was highly efficient while on the floor, shooting 77% from the field and really getting whatever he wanted. With a DraftKings points per minute average of 1.26, it is fair to wonder what could have been if those games remained close. At that level of efficiency, it would require just 30 minutes of Jordan to reach the 38 DraftKings points needed to reach value at this price tag.

He displayed that type of upside against Dallas last season, averaging 11 points, 18 rebounds, and 39.3 DraftKings points in three games that remained within 20 points. Dallas is arguably worse against centers this season than last, so don't be surprised if Jordan exceeds value in this matchup tonight.
