Zach LaVine, PG/SG, Chicago Bulls

DraftKings Salary: $5,900

Zach LaVine is reportedly going to see his minutes limit upped to around 26-28 minutes in this game, which lines up perfectly with a beautiful matchup against the Los Angeles Lakers. LaVine's usage rate sits at 30.8% on the year, which is up to 33% over his last three games. He's also averaging an impressive 1.23 DraftKings points per minute on the year. That number seems high for LaVine, but it isn't as if he is doing it on unsustainable shooting -- his percentage from the floor is actually the lowest it has been since his rookie year.

At this price, he needs 29.5 DraftKings points to hit five-times value. At 1.23 DraftKings points per minute, he needs just 24 minutes of playing time to hit that. Assuming head coach Fred Hoiberg's quote wasn't just "coach speak," we should see LaVine push for more than 24 minutes, and we could actually see his already-high efficiency rise in a matchup with the Lakers. Los Angeles is playing at the league's fastest pace and allowing the fourth-most points per game, while surrendering the eighth-most DraftKings points per game to both point guards and shooting guards.

Assuming LaVine's efficiency doesn't completely fall off in this spot, he seems like a safe bet to hit value with his projected playing time. He is an exciting salary-saving option in any format.
