Anthony Davis is not expected to play for the New Orleans Pelicans tonight, which tends to mean huge things for DeMarcus Cousins.

Boogie is already a top fantasy producer when Davis does play, but his minutes with Davis off the court get absolutely absurd. He sees a jump from a 29.0% usage rate, 18.6% rebound rate, and 1.32 FanDuel points per minute to a ridiculous 38.2% usage rate, 22.7% rebound rate, and 1.70 FanDuel points per minute. For context, the highest FanDuel point per minute mark for a player with at least 100 minutes played this season is 1.50.

Cousins also sees a bump in playing time when Davis sits (averaging 36.5 minutes per game) while averaging a ridiculous 63.6 fantasy points in those contests.

The Memphis Grizzlies are a brutal matchup, allowing the league's fewest FanDuel points per game to opposing centers, but Cousins' volume and production without Davis is otherworldly. When his price tag doesn't reflect Davis' absence, there's not a matchup in the league that would take him out of consideration.
