3 NBA DraftKings Value Plays to Target on 12/28/17

Jeff Teague went down with a knee injury late in last night's game, and it sounds serious. It's safe to expect a spot start for Tyus Jones tonight, and Jones may be the guy for the foreseeable future. Jones averaged 40 minutes in three relief starts for Teague earlier this season, during which he averaged 37.3 DraftKings points.

Considering he needs just 17 DraftKings points to hit value, Jones would become a must-play in any format if we hear definitively that Teague will sit. It seems very unlikely that Minnesota would push Teague to play on the back end of a back-to-back set, but you never know with a Tom Thibodeau-led franchise.

In the likely scenario in which Teague is out, both Jones and Jamal Crawford ($3,800) are in play as salary-saving options.
